John Mosunic
Chief Executive Officer
John Mosunic became KSI’s CEO in 2023 after 20+ years of leadership in distribution and private equity-backed businesses. He has led multiple profitable business sales and has completed more than 100 acquisitions, shaping the composition and culture of high-growth teams at companies including WorldPac, CARQUEST, and FleetPride. Trained as a CPA, he holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Mike Ferguson
President
Mike Ferguson has led KSI’s sales since 2023, bringing 25+ years in the automotive industry. He held leadership roles at Tire America and Sears before becoming VP of Sales at SimpleTire, where he built a thriving wholesale division. Mike is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt with deep expertise in sales strategy, customer growth, and partner programs.
Jordan Ditty
Chief Financial Officer
Jordan joined KSI in February 2026, as Chief Financial Officer, as a part of the Headlights Depot acquisition. Jordan started his career in business valuation and M&A before progressing into multiple successive corporate financial and operational leadership roles over the past 15 years. He graduated with a B.S. from LSU and an MBA from TCU. Jordan has received his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
Melanie Pastor
Chief Merchandising Officer
Melanie Pastor has led KSI’s merchandising since 2019 after 25 years of supply-chain and merchandising leadership at global companies including Alcoa, Reynolds Consumer Products, and Ivex Packaging. Melanie has been recognized for her innovative approach to merchandising and project leadership, including M&A strategies in Europe and the Americas.
Jackie Rahbari
Chief People Officer
Jackie Rahbari, already a 25-year veteran of people-first management, stepped into the role of VP of HR at KSI in 2023. She’s a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) executive who’s passionate about building strong, inclusive workplace cultures. A sought-after advisor within the industry, besides her leadership within KSI, Jackie serves various nonprofits including her alma mater, Rutgers University.
Grant Lawson
Chief Information Officer
Grant Lawson has led KSI’s IT team since 2023, bringing 12+ years in the IT industry. His expertise, honed by experience, is the development of coherent cross-functional teams for IT strategy and security. He’s guided organizations through major system integrations and transformations, specializing in functional IT solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Passionate about innovation, Grant delivers technology that genuinely impacts the business.
